Turi in Coconut Milk
One of our recommendations for a tree in the kitchen garden is the Agati orTuri (Sesbania grandiflora
Pers.). Since nearly all parts are edible we find this tree is really
useful (see kitchen garden). However not everybody is aware of how
delicious the young leaves are, espcially cooked in coconut milk. As
the compound leaves can be a bit long, before putting them in the pot,
they should be tied in a knot and not separated from the midrib.
